JUNIOR SECRETARY



Job Responsibilities:
q Handling outgoing incoming all department’s letters and calls.
q Managing Department’s affairs, ranging from arrange business meeting, appointment, presentation & advertising materiel, and make travel arrangements.
q Provide administrative support and assist other staffs that related to Departmental’s duty when needed.
q Ensure highest confidential level when dealing with all matters.

Requirements:

Female, max 25 years old
Minimum D3 from reputable Secretarial Academy or University
Have minimum 1 years experience as Secretary and profound knowledge on Secretarial duties (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Good command in English (oral & written)
Computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) and Internet
Pleasant and excellent personality, discipline, honest, also highly motivated individual
Have capability handling multi task and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
