HEALTH AND SAFETY COORDINATOR
POSITION SYNOPSIS




This important role at BHP Billiton has an overriding commitment to health and safety responsibility. Your challenges will be to coordinate the implementation of health and safety initiatives; facilitate, coach and monitor effective job safety analysis, safe act observations, positive attitude safety system, site audits, incident investigation, corrective actions tracking, emergency and injury management. You will be part of a team responsible to ensure the company’s high expectations to health and safety objectives properly delivered to the surrounding community.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be considered for this position, you must have good knowledge to health and safety and or a bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, science or related educational background. A minimum of 3-5 years in the field of health and safety at a coordinator level is expected and exposure in mining or high risk related industries will be an advantage. You should demonstrate good interpersonal relationship skills, team player, database management and ability to influence a positive health and safety culture. Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and willing to be relocated to Balikpapan and work in a remote project areas.

Secretary to Finance Director – Balikpapan Based (Ref # 520720)
POSITION SYNOPSIS
As a result of moving some of our project activities, we require a Secretary to Finance Director based in Balikpapan Office. This position will be accountable for the provision of administrative support to Finance Director. Specific duties will be managing diaries and schedule, filing, coordination of meetings, conferences and functions. Prepare and distribute reports and presentation including Monthly Management Pack for Senior Managers. Ensure that company information is kept secure and confidential. Maintain Finance Web Portal and update of the Organization Chart information.

To be considered for this position, at least a graduate with a Diploma or University degree with at least 3 years experience in general administrative and secretary. Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa and English (oral and written) are desirable. Has an excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels with internal and external parties.

Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to operate Microsoft office software (Windows, Excel and Power Point).
